| Week 1 | Introduction
  to the course.  Present an intellectual
  framework for understanding world cultures.

| Week 2 | Begin a
  world tour of world cultures that starts with Western countries, moves into
  culturally more distance countries, and cycles back to the West (USA).  This week: Germany, Denmark, UK. | |
| Week 3 | In-depth
  look at China, introducing deeper cultural concepts in the process. | |
| Week 4 | India,
  Middle Eastern and Islamic countries. | |
| Week 5 | On to
  Africa (Zimbabwe) and Latin America (Mexico, Brazil).  Finish in USA and see it with new eyes. |
